He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Howard F. Garrett and Ella R. McCrea Garrett; his wife Donna J. Kauffman; his daughters, Lisa Kamp (Roger) of Wooster, Debra Wengerd of Vermillion and Beth Murphy (Paul) of Wooster; his daughter-in-law Patricia Garrett of Wooster; his grandchildren, Kirsten Wengerd, Corey Wengerd (Brittany), Logan Garrett and Stella Murphy; his son Craig Garrett; and his son-in-law Gary Wengerd.
