He is survived by: his parents, Jerry Lee Botkin, Sr. (Carol) and Barbara Ann Denton; his wife Cheryl Lynn Zimmerman; his daughter Krista Elaine Botkin (Kevin Fitzgerald) of Eureka, CA; his siblings, Bruce Gerber (Grace) of Columbus, OH, Juliana Gower of Wooster, OH, Addie Burden (Michael) of Canal Fulton, OH and Candace Goddard (Harry) of Galesburg, MI; his brother-in-law Craig Zimmerman (Jen) of Wooster, OH; his siblings' child Jori Palzer; and his pets, Radar, Waylon, Jasper and Chewy. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, friends.
