He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Boldman and Minnie Boldman (Creighton); his sons, Mike and Dave Boldman; his former wife Eva Purdy; his siblings, Bill M. Boldman, June Endsley and Betty Mann; his stepson Eric Anderson; and his daughter-in-law Janet Boldman.
He is survived by: his children, Rick Boldman of Ocala, FL and Cathy Greene (Larry) of Highlands Ranch, CO; and his daughters-in-law, Peggy Boldman of Wooster and Debra Boldman of Canal Winchester. He is also survived by five grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren; and many special nieces and nephews.
