He was predeceased by: his parents, Medard Karpinski and Delores Karpinski (Mraz); and his brothers, Clarence and James Karpinski. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Karpinski of Wooster; his daughter Karrie McAllister (Ryan) of Orrville; his grandchildren, Ellen, Toby and Annie McAllister; his siblings, Doreen Benedetto (Gene) of Brecksville, Robert Karpinski (Lisa) of Washington State and Tina Karpinski of Washington State; and his goddaughter Michelle Cerino of Wadsworth. He is also survived by several other nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Ken's memory to the Cleveland Clinic Heart, Vascular & Thoracic Institute.
