He was predeceased by: his nephew Sean Slater. He is survived by: his parents, Charles Slater and Donna Slater of Wooster; his siblings, Jennifer of Wooster and Jeff of South Carolina; his sister-in-law Theresa; his nephew Colin; and his niece Sydney.
