He was predeceased by: his parents, Marshall McElroy and Elva McElroy (Haye); and his brothers, James and Robert McElroy. He is survived by: his wife Judy Lynn Cotton; and his children, Steven McElroy (Jody) of Wooster, Denise McElroy of Doylestown, Todd Mohler (Brandi Massey) of Rittman and Kelly Yarman (John) of Rittman. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
