She was predeceased by: her parents, Buell "Ed" Tinney and Laura Mae Kinser Tinney; and her sisters, Mary Hickman and Alice Tinney. She is survived by: her significant other Rick Woodruff of Wooster; her children, Melissa Rouse of Wooster, Zack Anderson of Orrville and Tara Davis (Jerry); her stepchildren, James Woodruff (Lynn) of Wooster and Brandy Hebb (Sam) of Orrville; her grandchildren, Elbert, Tayler, Charlie, Joey, Sam, Corbin, Maddie, Gage and Alexis; her great grandchild Adrianna; and her brother Buell "Robert" Tinney of Wooster.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the McIntire, Bradham & Sleek Funeral Home (216 E Larwill St, Wooster, OH 44691). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, September 11th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
