He is survived by: his wife Sharleen; his children, Michael of Rittman and Rebecca Burkholder (Mike) of Wooster; his grandchildren, Travis Wyatt, Jana Carozza (Steven) and Jeff Burkholder (Neely); and his siblings, Ethel Mason (Ray) of Wooster, Charlotte Sheneman (Blake) of Orrville and William Sigler (Brenda) of Wooster. He is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren, 3 nephews, and 5 nieces.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, August 26th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Plain Lutheran Church (4830 Blachleyville Rd, Wooster, OH 44691). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, August 26th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to St. Jude's Hospital or the Wounded Warrior Fund.
