He was predeceased by: his parents, William Lloyd and Joyce Gaye Mullins (Compton); his stepfather James Sager; his brother James Cornwell; and his daughter Patty Mullins.
He is survived by: his wife Brenda Dinsmore; his son Mark A. Mullins II of Shreve, Ohio; his grandchildren, Seth Paul Cagey, Adam C. Cagey, Kendall Johnson, Jaymes Johnson and Scarlett Johnson; his sister Vanessa Charles of Shreve; his stepmother Wanda Mullins of Lakemore; and his stepsisters, Shellie, Kellie and Angie. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Family suggests memorial contributions be made to Alexander Funeral Home to help defray cost.
