She was predeceased by: her parents, John Oscar, Jr. and Carol Sue Bellamy (Carnahan); and her sister Jada Bellamy. She is survived by: her husband David J. Cottrell; her nephew Oscar Lucas of Wooster; and her siblings, David Brooks (Michele) of Wooster, John Bellamy (Denise) of Wooster and Amanda Bellamy of Canton, Ohio. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins and friends.
