He is survived by: his wife Jill Messmore; his children, Shawnon Hester (Alan) of Omaha, NB, Cody Thompson (Kristina) of Fort Walton Beach, FL, Anne Ervin of Akron, James Thompson (Katelynn Tracey) of Wooster and Brian Thompson (Makenzee Hopkins) of Nashville, TN; his siblings, Sandy Thompson of Wooster, Les Thompson, Randy Thompson (Alice) of Wooster and Bob Thompson (Eileen) of Tennessee; and his brother-in-law Eugene Thompson of Rittman. He is also survived by eight grandchildren.
