He was predeceased by: his brother Robert Facemire (Airedale Duke). He is survived by: his parents, Leslie Facemire and Shirley Spahr; his girlfriend Rhonda Nixon of Wooster; his brothers, Jeffrey Facemire (Jessica Van Winkle) of Vickery and Joseph Facemire of Wooster; and his close friends, Roger, James, Justin, Chris, Ryan and Tyler. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles.

Contributions may be made to the funeral home to help defray expenses.
