She was predeceased by: her parents, Wymar Phillips and Dessie Phillips (Hankins); her siblings, Terry Phillips and Judy Park; and her son Chad.
She is survived by: her husband Lee Dehoff; her daughters, Tammy Gore (Toby) and Amy Clough (Bill); her grandchildren, Dani Patterson (Justin), Jerrod Gore (Peggy), Kylie Aubihl (Eric), Peighton Lahna (Garth), Arianna Clough and Jeremy Clough; her great grandchildren, Cash, Adley Duhamell, Annistyn Patterson, Crozby, Whitley Gore, Mila, Eli Aubihl, Payton Lahna and Ariyah Turner; and her sisters, Carolyn Saylor, Kathy Reigle and Marla Myers (Mike).
The Myositis Foundation greatly helped Neva fight against Inclusion Body Myositis and Neva's family asks that donations be made to the Myositis Foundation in honor of Neva and her courageous fight against IBM.
