It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nykole Cosmo of Wooster, Ohio, born in Pikeville, Kentucky, who passed away on July 23, 2021, at the age of 48, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her grandson Gideon Thomas Stephens; and her grandparents, Buster and Gracie Fields. She is survived by: her parents, Larry Mason and Brenda Gail Wolford (Fields); her husband Gary A. Cosmo; her children, Kaitlyn Gentry-Stephens of Wooster, Michael of Wooster, Nicholas of Wooster and Chloe Cosmo of Wooster; her granddaughter Amelia Grace Stephens; her sister Laurie Wolford of Wooster; and her niece Madison Marinello. She is also survived by her children, parents and grandbaby.
