He is survived by: his father Michael Kline of Wheelersburg; his sister Pamela; his brother-in-law Johnny Smith of Olive Hill, KY; his nieces, Kelsey (Todd Hamilton), Alyssa (Gary David Fraley) and Abby Smith; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Logan, Olivia, Adrian Hamilton, Carter, Cade and Maddie Fraley; his former wife Melanie Smith Raymond; his grandchildren, Amanda and Drew Gorfi; his great grandchildren, Amelia, Andy and Josh Raymond; and his siblings-in-law, Jo Ann Smith, Denise, Bob Pendlebury, Doug Smith, Sam Smith and Verna Valdez. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins as well as family and friends.
