She was predeceased by: her parents, John Smith and Leona Smith; her husband Samuel G. Hinton; and her siblings, Ellen Fortune, Ruth Raynard, James Smith, Shirley Roesel and Donald Smith.
She is survived by: her sons, Jeff Hinton (Darlene) of Wooster, Mark Hinton (Sabrina) of Wooster and Scott Hinton (Jenny) of Wooster; her grandchildren, Ashley Leiner (Josh), Todd Hinton (Moriah), Kyle Hinton, Nick Hinton, Brooke Godfrey (Jake) and Shelby Thorpe; and her brother Roger Smith. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
