He was predeceased by: his brothers, Russell Reed and Gary Purdy. He is survived by: his wife Dottie; his children, Marcie Purdy (Andy Anderson), Erica Neyhart (Chuck) and Lacey Knapp (Bryan); and his grandchildren, Vincent, Pierce, Laona Neyhart, Malia and Beckham Knapp.
