He is survived by: his daughters, Shellie Kolesar (Ray) of North Carolina and Amy Ayers (Mike) of Arizona; his brothers, David and Richard of Ohio; and his grandson Aaron Kolesar (Jessica) of North Carolina. He is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren.
