He is survived by: his children, Mike Mackey of Wooster, Aaron Mackey (Julie) of Shreve, Bobbie Hurt (Rob) of West Salem, Angie Mackey of Ashland and John Mackey (Kim) of Grafton; and his siblings, Howard Mackey and Becky Vinson (Mark) of Cookville, TN..
