He was predeceased by: his parents, Margaret Fletcher (Novak) and Robert E. Fletcher Sr.; and his siblings, Ricky Fletcher, Christine Miller, Bobby Fletcher and Mike Fletcher.
He is survived by: his significant other Becky Fletcher; his children, Kimberly McNeil (Tony), Michelle Eubank (Robert) and Ronald Jr. Fletcher (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Alyssa Thacker (Joey), Emily Campbell (David), Rachel Haak, David Eubank, Timothy Haak, Matthew Haak, Christina Hannus (Jared) and Eilee Fletcher; his great grandchildren, Lincoln Thacker, Blakely, Kyler Campbell, Claudia, Anderson Isaly and Clay Hannus; and his brothers, Rob Fletcher, Dan Fletcher and Ken Fletcher. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
