He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon L. Shultz Sr. and Dorris Shultz; his brother Steven Shultz; his sister-in-law Rhonda Shultz; and his niece Sandra J. Shultz.
He is survived by: his wife Tamara Shultz of Massillon; his daughter Venita Leigh Shultz of Wooster; his siblings, Yvette Shultz of Kentucky and Leon L. Shultz Jr. of Creston; his aunt Geraldine Steele; and his great-uncles, Lavern Williams (Fairlene) and Clem Williams. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the McIntire, Bradham & Sleek Funeral Home (216 E Larwill St, Wooster, OH 44691). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made (publicly or privately) to the funeral home to help the family defer the expenses of the memorial services.
