He was predeceased by: his stepfather Harold Collins; and his brothers, Jay and Stan Cholley. He is survived by: his children, Kyle Cholley (Carrie), Jennifer Moore (Shawn) and Heather Cholley; and his grandchildren, Trent, Brooke Cholley, Cearria, Syvannah Moore and Noah Giauque.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 14th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Roberts Funeral Home - Wooster (7067 Cleveland Rd, Wooster, OH 44691).
