He was predeceased by: his father Denny Flannagan. He is survived by: his mother Brenda Garver; his children, Brandon Parks (Maggie Mateer), Raziana, Tarrah and Vivianna; his siblings, James Garver (Scott Parks), Bridget Barnes (Mike), Jasper Flannagan and John (Dorothy Garver); and his aunt Michele Garver.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Funeral Home to help defray expenses.
