We bid farewell to Twila Darlene Short of Wooster, Ohio, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on September 10, 2025 at the age of 87. Twila touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Glen and Martha Elizabeth Vanmeter Ray; her husband Charles; and her siblings, Ethel Nicholson, Alice Snodgrass of Bonnie Woodruff, J. R, Ray and Esther Coleman.
She is survived by: her children, Warren Glen Short of Orrville, Angila Sue Graser (James Sr.) of Wooster, Darlene Ann Brown (James) of Wooster, Imogene Short of Orrville, Charles "Shawn" Short (Lori) of Orrville and Lisa Jo Short of Millersburg. She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren; fifty-five great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the McIntire, Bradham & Sleek Funeral Home (216 E Larwill St, Wooster, OH 44691). A funeral service was held on Monday, September 15th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, September 15th 2025 at the East Union Cemetery.
