He is survived by: his wife Phylis Rafferty; his sisters, Zoralene McMillen of Elizabethtown, KY., Nancy Burnworth of Elizabethtown, KY. and Betty Wood (George) of Elizabethtown, KY.; and his children, Vickie Evans of Sterling, OH, Michael Rafferty (Lisa) of Ashland, OH and Rick Rafferty (MaLissa) of Rogers City, MI.. He is also survived by his many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
