He was predeceased by: his parents, Hugh Vernon and Virginia Murphy Rees. He is survived by: his daughters, Sandra Cottrill and Lisa Aber (Jerry); his grandchildren, Matt Cottrill (Jules), Christopher Cottrill (Megan) and Ashley Aber; and his great grandchild Jay Crabtree.
A memorial gathering will be held on Sunday, October 18th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the McIntire, Bradham & Sleek Funeral Home (216 E Larwill St, Wooster, OH 44691).
