She was predeceased by: her parents, James Elmer and Maggie Wilson Nickles; her spouse Marion W. Tharp; her children, Steve Mathews and Patric Haberkorn; and her siblings, James, Hobert, Earnest Nickles and Mable Kibler.
She is survived by: her sons, Chris Haberkorn of Reno, NV and Kenneth Mathews of Terre Haute, IN; her granddaughter Tanessa Cather; and her great grandchildren, Bryonna, Jordyn and Candan Carher. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the Marshall Cemetery.
