Fairhurst of Wooster, Ohio, born in Saint Joseph, Missouri, who passed away on February 25, 2023, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, George Harden and Mildred V. Fairhurst (Acker); his former life partner Marlie of Smithfield, OH; and his brothers, Harold, Homer and Carl Fairhurst.

He is survived by : his wife BJ Fairhurst; his sons, Eric Fairhurst (Becky) of Wooster, OH., Mark Fairhurst (Cathy) of Englewood, OH. and Kirk Fairhurst (Donna) of Creston, OH.; his stepchildren, Shannon Delaney of Wooster and Ryan Delaney (Debbie) of Findlay, OH.; his grandchildren, Brianna Tichenor (Alex), Michale Piatt (Justin), Eric Fairhurst, Katherine Middlestetter (Caleb), Beka Fairhurst, Will Fairhurst, Anthony Fairhurst (Rachel), Grant Fairhurst (Colleen) and David Fairhurst (Sarah); and his stepgrandchildren, Grant Delaney (Becca), Reid Delaney (Elizabeth), Blake Delaney (Elizabeth), Drew Delaney (Megan Wright), Ashley Fedynich (Zach) and Adrian Evans.
