He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray and Martha; his sister Ferne; his wife Nancy (Spangler); his son Steven; and his pet Brucia Simpson.
He is survived by: his children, Julie Mitchell of Columbus and Jeff Frasher (Jan) of Montgomery, Alabama.; and his grandchildren, Amanda, Tyler Mitchell of Columbus and Jeremy Frasher (Hannah) of Denver. He is also survived by extended family and many friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 from 2:30 PM to 4:30 PM at the Rutherford-Corbin Funeral Home (515 High St, Worthington, OH 43085). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Heinzerling Community (1800 Heinzerling Dr, Columbus, OH 43223 Attn: Karry Radich, Accounting Specialist) in memory of the Frasher family and in gratitude for the wonderful care Steven, Cliff and Nancy's son, received there.
