She is survived by: her parents, John Worstine (Barb) of Findlay and Heather Hooper (Matt) of Harpster; her children, Oakley Schlack and Schlack; her grandparents, Tam Shadle (Jan) and Tim (Barb); her brothers, Ethan Cotto-Ramos, Landon Cotto Ramos and Carey; and her stepbrother Cade Hooper. She is also survived by family members and friends.
