She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Lowe and Frances Lowe (Manier); her husband Lawrence Shelton; her children, Lisa J. Shelton and Terry Wayne Shelton; and her sister Virginia Winstead.
She is survived by: her children, Timothy Shelton (Brenda) of Xenia, Richard Shelton (Ginnine) of Xenia and Kristal Qumsieh (Rafat) of Xenia; her sister Mary Kathryn Maher (Jim); and her grandchildren, Tim Shelton (Christina), Candice Dixon (Eric), Melissa Heckerson (Andrew), Heather Davis (Cody), Amanda Badger (Michael), Alexis Bonilla (Eli), Kayla Qumsieh (Eric) and Miah Qumsieh. She is also survived by 9 great grandchildren.
