She is survived by: her husband Galen; her son David Smith; her daughter-in-law Amanda Smith (Collins) of Xenia; her daughter Shawna Mikesell of Fairborn; and her grandchildren, Alaura Mikesell, Autumn Smith, Garrett Smith and Dalton Smith.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Emmanuel Baptist Church (1120 S Detroit St, Xenia, OH 45385).
