She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Conyers and Clarreen Wilson Conyers; her former husband Harold D. Vance; her husband H. Gene Rhoads; and her sister Carol Robinette.
She is survived by: her daughters, Melanie Vance-Ryan, Melissa Darding (Jeff) and Michele Dressler (Harry); her grandchildren, Alicia Rentz (Doug), Scott Darding (Whitney), Christina Darding, Luke Dressler and Erin Dressler; and her siblings, Connie Hagemeyer (Keith), Linda Peterson (Chuck) and Gary Conyers (Karen). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews, and by many close friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 26th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Lighthouse Baptist Church (2040 W 2nd St, Xenia, OH 45385). A celebration of life will be held on Monday, October 26th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Hope Rising Pregnancy Center, 245 S. Allison Ave., Xenia, OH, 45385, in her memory.
