It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Deborah Ann Downey (Xenia, Ohio), who passed away on October 27, 2025, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Nathan Downey and Patricia Ward Downey; her brother John Downey; and her pets, Bo and Tad.
She is survived by: her siblings, Barbara Hawkins (Keith) and Robert Downey (Donna); her sister-in-law Cindy Downey; her siblings' children, Wendy Crawford, Davis Hawkins (Angie), Nathaniel Downey (Dawn), Elizabeth Clawson (Eric), Sarah George (Christopher) and Lucas Hawkins (Brittany); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Sam, Ryann (Alex), Nicholas, Hunter, Bud, Jazmyn, Bryan, John, Cordelia, Cary, Clark, Adah, Clara and Oliver; and her close friend Kathy Treinavicz.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Beaver United Church of Christ (1960 Dayton Xenia Rd, Dayton, OH 45434). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
