He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbur R. Perry and Marie Graham Perry; and his siblings, Wilbur Perry Jr., James, Bill Perry and Katherine "Sis" Baldwin.
He is survived by: his children, Georgia Perry, Frank Perry (Julie) and Larry Perry; his grandchildren, Daniel Perry (Hayley), Patrick Perry (Michaela), Nicholas Perry, Mylee Timmons (Joe) and Hattie Perry; his great grandchild Marley Rose Perry; and his brother Virgil Perry.
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Wilson Funeral Home (35 W 2nd St, Manchester, OH 45144). A funeral service will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 at the Manchester Cemetery.
