He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Kelly; his children, Shannon Oren, Jason Abney, Jonathan Abney, Justin Abney and Joshua Abney; his brother James Abney (Beverly Winfield); his pet Washee; his parents, Gippie W. Abney and Loretta G. Abney; his granddaughter Savannah; his great grandchild Rylea; and his sisters, Sheryl Gist and Kathy Raliegh. He was also cherished by nieces, nephews, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 8th 2025 from 2:30 PM to 4:00 PM at the Newcomer Funeral Home (3380 Dayton Xenia Rd, Beavercreek, OH 45432). A memorial service will be held on Friday, August 8th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the same location.
