He is survived by: his wife Janice Wiley (Wiseman); his children, Debbie Wroe (Jamie) of Davenport and Todd Wiley (Debby) of Wallingford, Kentucky.; his granddaughters, Lindsey Wroe of Davenport, Caroline Wroe of Columbus, Kara Schwartz of Lexington and Katherine Bjoraas of Omaha, Nebraska.; his great grandchildren, Kamryn, Kaysen of Columbus, Una, Eli of Lexington and Maxwell of Omaha, Nebraska.; and his siblings, Norman Wiley, Jerry Wiley of Jackson, Shelby Wiley of Orlando and Phyllis Ridge of Jackson, Ohio..
