Fields of Xenia, Ohio, born in Hazard, Kentucky, who passed away on March 27, 2024, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his father Buster Fields; and his siblings, Paul Fields and Annetta Fields. He is survived by : his wife Paula E. Fields (Neel); his children, Kim Fields, Paul Fields (Erin), Nicholas Fields and Jacob Fields; his mother Marie Eversole (Coots); his sisters, Shirley, Barb, Kitty, Phyllis and Wilma (Johnny Jr.); and his grandchildren, Arianna, Matthew and Arlington. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
