She is survived by: her sons, Trenton and Jadyn Holbrook; her father Robert Neff; her grandfather Leo Neff; her siblings, Kristen Marie Neff, Branden Robert Neff and Brayden Craig Neff; her uncles, Charlie Neace and Scott Neff; her aunt Kathy Brost; and her cousin Wesley Neace.
