She was predeceased by: her parents, James Frances and Iola Mae Creamer (Burr). She is survived by: her husband Ronald Smith of Mount Orab, Ohio; her children, Mark Smith (Bridget) of North Carolina and Anita Mayes (Keith) of Jamestown, Ohio; her great grandchildren, Delaney, Piper, Jocelyn, Grant, William Thompson of North Carolina, Gianna Smith of Florida, Lorelei, Henry, Adeline, Frederick Mayes of Georgetown, Ohio, Kennedy, Amelia, Ryker and Hendrix Mayes of Jamestown, Ohio.; and her siblings, Frances Kipp (Tim) of Xenia, Mary Dye (Mike) of Washington, C. H., Betheen Streuwing (Ken) of Yellow Springs, David Creamer (Sandy) of Cedarville and Lisa Robinson (Robert) of Washington, C. H.. She is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Xenia Church of Christ (444 Country Club Dr, Xenia, OH 45385).
