She was predeceased by: her parents, Phillip Shuttleworth and Florence Shuttleworth; her husband Richard Spracklen; her sister Joyce Ruggles; and her grandson Bradley Spracklen.
She is survived by: her children, Nancy L. Tehan (Edward) of Springfield, Mark Spracklen (Nan) of Cedarville, Jeff Spracklen (Patricia) of Xenia and Beth Ann Ciul (Ron) of Mason; and her grandchildren, Michael Tehan (Bonnie), Patrick Tehan (Melissa), Molly Karch (Jon), Matthew Spracklen (Jen), Curtis Spracklen (Megan), Kyle Spracklen (Brandi) and Madison Brown.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 21st 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Xenia United Presbyterian Church (343 W Ankeney Mill Rd, Xenia, OH 45385). A funeral service was held on Monday, September 21st 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
