He was predeceased by : his wife Velma; and his daughter Teresa Coy (Miller). He is survived by : his children, Constance Swary (Miller), Debbie Madden (Miller), Douglas, Gary, Frederick, Jeffrey, Christopher and Edward. He is also survived by 25 grandchildren, and 33 great grandchildren.
