He was predeceased by: his father Leroy "Micey"; and his brothers, Billy and Bobbie Tillman. He is survived by: his wife Dianna L. Tillman (Peterson); his children, Anna Tillman Kent (Jason), Janice Tillman Harrison (Stanley, Sr.) and Roy Tillman, Jr.; his grandchildren, Dianna Cooper, Jayson Kent, Janae Kent, Jaydan Harrison, Jordyn Harrison and Stanley Harrison, Jr.; and his brother Donnell Tillman (Linda). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, August 12th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the McColaugh Massie Funeral Home, Inc. (826 N Detroit St, Xenia, OH 45385). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, August 12th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
