She was predeceased by : her husband Herbert H. Willis; her parents, Henry Simpson Carter and Dorothy Iona Redman Carter; and her cousins, C. Hope Cooper and Charlie Weaver.
She is survived by : her cousins, Margo, Duke Woodard, Jesse, Vicky Weaver, Phala Weaver, Bob Cooper, Soundra Weaver, Angela Dews, Robert Dews, Charles Dews and Denise Dews Copeland.
