He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Navarro; his children, Heather Lutz (Andy) of Anderson, IN and Lance Perry of Liberty Twp; his grandchildren, Kara, Lauren, Tyler Lutz and Trinity Perry; his brother Hal Perry (Bonnie) of Cedarville; and the mother of his children Linda Perry. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
