It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Josephine Joanne Dunphy of Yellow Springs, Ohio, who passed away on February 25, 2026, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Carmelo Ricciardi and Maria Ricciardi; her husband Richard G. Dunphy; and her sisters, Mary Gray and Hilda Bolle.
She is survived by: her daughters, Sharon Greitzer (Michael) of Springfield, Gloria Wise (Greg) of Troy Michigan, Sheila Pallotta (Dean) and Teresa Dunphy (Tommaso Gregor) of Yellow Springs; her grandchildren, Kara Grietzer, Patrick Grietzer (Kristen), Jason Wise (Kelsey), Alex Wise (Heather) and William Gregor; and her brother Hugh Ricciardi. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
