He is survived by: his parents, Francisco Montanez Jr. of Puerto Rico and Angela Santiago-Ortiz of Youngstown; and his siblings, David Montanez of Philadelphia, PA, David Montanez II (Amia) of Philadelphia, PA, Daniel Montanez (Emylisa) of Vineland, NJ, Joseph Montanez (Crystal) of Woodstown, NJ, Angelique Rodriguez Sr. (David) of Youngstown and Lillian Judith Montanez of Youngstown. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
