In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Alexis leaves behind and his impact on the lives of his loved ones. Though Alexis may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
He is survived by: his parents, Francisco Montanez Jr. of Puerto Rico and Angela Santiago-Ortiz of Youngstown; and his siblings, David Montanez of Philadelphia, PA, David Montanez II (Amia) of Philadelphia, PA, Daniel Montanez (Emylisa) of Vineland, NJ, Joseph Montanez (Crystal) of Woodstown, NJ, Angelique Rodriquez Sr. (David) of Youngstown and Lillian Judith Montanez of Youngstown. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Compagnola Funeral Home (4405 N 5th St, Philadelphia, PA 19140). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
