She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph "Curley" Halaparda and Rose M. Halaparda (Tkach); and her sister Delphine Kosmo. She is survived by: her daughter Marnee M. Sweeney (Michael) of New Middletown; her granddaughter McKenna M. Sweeney; her sister Rosalie Chalk of Falls Church, VA; and her nieces and nephews, Wendy McKean, Shannon Chalk-Kwon, Kerry Bullock, Holly Radcliff, Kami Bacon and James Chalk.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that memorial contributions be made to Cardinal Mooney High School, 2545 Erie Street, Youngstown, OH 44507, in Alice's memory.
