He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Tierney and Helen Charlotte Derschuck; and his grandson Kyle Andrew Tierney. He is survived by: his wife Stacie Tierney; his children, Lisa Noel (James) of Bangor, PA, Jennifer Billings (Jeffrey) of Columbia, NJ and Jeffrey Tierney (Daina) of Blairstown, NJ.; his grandchildren, Justina Noel Jozowski, James Noel Jr., Marisa Tierney and Aedyn Billings; his great grandchildren, Raegan, Lynkoln and Wylee; and his sister Andrea Kotska (George) of Boonton, NJ. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
