She was predeceased by: her parents, Anderson Hawkins, Sr. and Lennie Kirksey Hawkins; and her siblings, Stephen Hawkins, Bernard "Cheek" Hawkins, Anderson "Midget" Hawkins Jr. and Magelene Flowers.
She is survived by: her sister Desiree Farise; her daughters, Sharon E. Davis of Rochester, NY, Crystal D. Shells of Boardman, OH, Attorney Lori L. Shells Simmons (Dwayne) of Liberty, OH and Stacey L. Shells of Canfield, OH; her grandchildren, Melissa A. Davis of Charlotte, NC, George T. Conne of Austintown, OH and Geordyn L. Conne of Akron, OH; and her great grandchild Ekai of Hudson, OH.
